Tournaments/Outings

Tournaments/Outings are groups of 12 or more golfers that can request tee times for a given day and time.  We appreciate you looking into "The Parks" and promise a quality event with fair prices.  

Please follow the check list below and call with any questions:

1. Decide what day and time is ideal for your outing.  Consider the tournament details including number of players, carts, walking, banquet needs, etc.

2. Call the golf course and speak to a tournament manager regarding the steps to take to lock in the date/time.  Our manager will be able to tell you what days/times are available.  A tentative hold may be placed for 3 days for the proper paperwork and deposit to be placed.

3. Following is a copy of our tournament agreement that must be filled out and be accompanied by a $200.00 non-refundable check to officially hold your spot.  This information may be mailed in or dropped off at the golf course depending on what is more convenient for you.  At this time you must list what food and beverage you would like for the day. 4. Two weeks prior to your event, you must guarantee the number of golfers, carts and meals.  The bill will be prepared on this number and may not changed the day of the tournament.  Tournament Menu

5. One week prior to your event, you must return the tee-time roster to the pro shop for our starting sheet information.  Tee Time Roster
