To All Tournament Organizers:  Please complete the following registration that assigns players to a particular tee-time.  This log will be used to check in your participants on the day of your outing and must be turned in at least one-week prior to the event.  Pricing is based on a two-rider cart - pair participants accordingly.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.  If we can be of any assistance to you, please do not hesitate to ask!
