Tournament Agreement

Genesee Valley ~ Durand Eastman ~ Churchville

I/We agree to reserve the following date and time for the following number of golfers:

I/We agree to guarantee the number of players a minimum of two weeks prior to our event. I/We agree to complete the attached tee-time roster with player’s names and appropriate tee-times and return this form to the Pro Shop no later than one week prior to the outing. I/We understand we will be charged for green fees and carts according to the number of players we guarantee on this form unless corrected two weeks prior to the event.

I/We acknowledge that all players must arrive at the golf course a minimum of twenty minutes before their arranged tee times. All courses are spikeless. Coolers are not allowed. Only alcoholic beverages that are purchased through our restaurants may be consumed on the courses; individuals may not bring their own alcohol under any circumstances. All players must have their own set of golf clubs. Collared shirts are appreciated.

I/We acknowledge that failure to comply with any of the above requirements may cause you to forfeit your deposit. I/We further agree to a non-refundable deposit, applied to green fees, of $200.00. Checks made payable to " The Parks ".
